Avoid taking too much steroids as it will have adverse effect on your health. Building muscle in this way can be a bit lengthy process but you are the one who would be benefited in the long run.
So many muscle builders use electrical muscle building. But this is also an action taken out of desperation. This process is strictly prohibited for those with any kind of heart problems or other major health issues.
