Swine FluAnother blow on the face of mankind. Just when it seemed like the world is finally getting out of the recession it gets hit by the swine flu. A deadly disease that has already killed enough human to create global consciousness all over the world. It has crossed the continents and has started spreading in all the populated cities of the world.

Swine flu is a sort of flu that normally attacks the pigs. The symptoms are quite similar to the normal viral flu and seasonal flu. You will have cold and sneezing. A rise in body temperature will be observed. The patient might feel pain at different parts of body. All these symptoms are, as said before, similar to the symptoms of normal flu. But it can be fatal if not treated properly at the right time.

But it can be prevented if we take the right precaution measures. As swine flu is viral so we need to make sure that we stay free from the attack of the virus. There are some basic rules we must abide by in order to stay free from swine flu. They are:

Wear masks: if you are someone who lives in a big city and there is an outbreak of swine flu, then you are suggested to wear surgical masks whenever you go out of your home. This would protect you from being infected by the airborne pathogen of swine flu. Always use a disposable tissue while you sneeze or cough and throw away the tissue in proper place.

Use hand Sanitizer: use hand sanitizers to get rid of any germs that might be there in your hand. You might get germs from door knobs lift buttons or electric switches. Use sanitizers as it kills the germs.

Wash your hands: wash your hand properly using soaps at least 5 times a day. Use soap and rub your hands for at least 20 seconds and wash it away. And then dry your hands in clean towel. This is the most important precaution to be taken to avoid falling victim to swine flu.

Besides these precautions we all must stay alert and if any symptoms of flu are visible then we should not take any chance and visit the doctor. Swine flu is a threat to the mankind and should be faced with great caution so that no more lives are lost due to this.

If you go around asking a few different trainers about the process, you will probably have few different answers and a few of which are useless. The most confusing part about getting flat abs is the diet. There are so many diet plans out there trying to help you to get rid of your body fat. But all these diet plans end up confusing you to an extent where you almost feel hopeless and give up the pursue. All these schemes along with the magic herbs and weird instruments make you lose your money and precious time and along with that take away your will to carry on.

The next confusion is about the exercises that you should be doing to get rid of the excess fat. There are so many exercises that focus on belly fat reduction. It’s not that all those crunches are useless, but it is just not good enough for your belly to lose all the fat. The metabolism obtained through these exercises is not enough.

You should go with a proper full body exercise to get started. If you want real abs and if you want your belly fat to be gone, you need to put more intensity and you need to work harder. A full body exercise would give you more blood flow and oxygen generation. The produced oxygen will help your body to get rid of the fat. If you are only working with abs, the stimulus produced is less and is transported to the whole body.

Have a controlled diet. Talk to your doctor about the diet and keep up with your exercise and be regular. A few months from now, you will be counting your packs and guess how many will there be? 6!

Get Rid of Cigarette Craving

cravingThere are a lot of smokers out there who are desperate to get rid of smoking but cannot stop craving for cigarettes at all. Every time they think that this is going to be the last one, the next moment they fall victim to cigarette craving. This is a simple and very effective method that can help you to stop craving for cigarettes.

The method is a very interesting one and is called “the gross jar method” by it’s inventor. The process somehow goes like this.

First you will have to take a jar. Then drop a few cigarettes in it along with some used ones also. Then fill the jar with water and close the opening of the jar with the lid. This is it. Your first task is done.

The next step comes into act when the next time you feel like to smoke. When this happens to you, go to the “gross jar” of yours, open the lid and take a long and big whiff. Are you alright sir? Isn’t the smell horrible and the most disgusting thing you have ever smelled or felt? The point where the “gross jar” will be at it’s best, will take a few days to reach there.

If you want to have a good and effective result, you are to spend s few moments staring at the water and smell a bit longer. This will help you to associate cigarettes with the gross looking water and the disgusting smell. So next time when you go for lighting another cigarette, you are likely to remember all those things and end up throwing away the cigarette.

To make it even more effective, do yourself a favor by spending about 10 minutes with your gross jar and take a shower after the session that might cause you some momentary difficulty like the gross smell logging in your nose.

You will have to understand that giving up smoking is by far the most difficult task for a man. So you will have to be very determined and try out different methods of quitting smoking and see which one suits you. And once you can give up this awful habit for good, give yourself some credit as you just saved your family from life threatening diseases.
